How to use a mobile phone responsibly

We all have Magic Lamps

In this world of technology, where we require a lot of gadgets to get
our work is done faster, One such gadget is the cell phone. I have seen
almost 90% of the people busy on their cell phones throughout the
day.
Walk on the road, walk in the park, travel on the bus, board the train
and you will find the mobile phone in everyone’s hand.
So why is a mobile phone like a Magic Lamp?
Well, let’s looks at a few similarities.
The Magic Lamp is rubbed by Aladdin and out pops the Genie and
says “Master what can I do for you? In a similar way, when you rub
your fingers against the mobile screen you get access to many apps
and the internet which has a lot of information. As if the cell phone
says, what information do you want my lord? The only difference is
that the genie speaks and the cell phone beeps.

Though Genies are supposed to be someone who helps us, we
have also seen some evil genies who can spoil our lives. In the
same way, though the cell phone is our best buddy as it stays with
us for at least 18 hours a day minus the sleep time if we consider
6 hours, but if it’s used extensively then sometimes it can also be
a buddy we would like to avoid. Cell phones have a very high level
of frequencies which can harm our health.

WhatsApp and Facebook along with other social media apps have
changed the way we use our cell phones as loads of pictures,
videos, audio, and messages get transferred at a quick pace.
Though not all but some content shared can also be disturbing at
times. It has given us a lot to be busy with but is this genie taking
us away from our relationships.

Using this magic lamp on the roads while walking or when spending
times with your loved ones can act as a barrier and danger to our
physical and emotional lives.

Use the magic lamp but only to the tune of breaking away for some
time to focus right back on things that matter.
