Does Monday kill?
If Fridays are called weak ends then Mondays should be called strong
starts.....
How many times have we heard, "Its Friday, the weekend is here. Second half
of Friday just lifts your moods to new levels and you start preparing to plan
your weekend. You will plan to go to a movie, eat out, have fun with friends.
Weekends make you feel so light and in case you are going through some

bad health then sometimes it heals automatically. This is the magic of
weekend. Though we meet, greet and go out with our loved ones, the
question is, Are we getting charged enough to face the coming week?
How many of us can face a Monday with the same enthusiasm as Friday?
The answer is very few.
So what do we do differently so that we can have the same attitude on a Friday
as well as a Monday.
A few things that you can do is either pursue a hobby like singing, dancing,
acting, reading, writing or some outdoor activities which keeps you away from
either television, mobile or social media.
Outings with your family can be a great idea, especially a visit to the mall with
your mother to refill the house stock.
Try and go to an amusement park which involves travel and some adventure.
You should also spend some ME time (Yoga or Meditation is a perfect option)

because finally if we don't understand ourselves then it's difficult to understand
others and survive the external situations.
Though blackberry is phasing out slowly you should still remember their slogan
which is
Do what you love and love what you do...
If you do all of this with the right mix then believe me you will rock.
Monday will be a day you would look forward to.
